Born in USA, 1978

Lucas has been a professional tattoo artist for ten years. His incredible talent has been almost exclusively self-taught and independently learned through extensive informal study and practice. His art focused primarily on tattooing and other forms of body art until 2014, at which time he entered Rock Valley College in pursuit of a degree in fine arts.
Since this time, his body of work has expanded in breadth and depth and now includes pieces in charcoal, graphite, illustration pen, marker, acrylic paint, oil paint, and airbrush, to name a few.
Lucas' art was sold and exhibited in the 2015 Spring ArtScene in Rockford, Illinois and will be available at the 2015 Fall ArtScene as well. He was also awarded 3rd Place Overall in the 2015 Rock Valley College Juried Art Show for his work entitled "Goddess", an 18" X 24" graphite drawing on paper (see /drawing).
In his spare time, Lucas enjoys riding his motorcycle, researching science and technology trends and spending time with his wife and 3 girls.
